Online participation fee includes:
  • access to online broadcasting during both days of the conference,
  • conference recording in full HD quality (available for 30 days),
  • electronic materials from the conference.
Important:
  • The conference will be held only in Slovak language.
  • Online participation and the fee is intended for access by one person on one device.
  • Access can be purchased in the next step of registration for more people (multiple of the fee).
  • For each registered person and online participation, it is necessary to provide their own, valid e-mail, to which access will be sent.

Participation in person fee includes:
  • conference entrance,
  • materials from the conference,
  • meals and refreshments according to the conference program,
  • side sessions and admission to the gala evening
  • conference recording in full HD quality (available for 30 days).
Important:
  • Attendance fee and registration do not include reservation of accommodation.

Accomodation

In-person participation – accommodation

Conference participants arrange and pay for their accommodation individually, according to their preferences.

If interested in staying at the conference venue, duly registered and organiser-confirmed participants may take advantage of a 15% discount on accommodation at Hotel Partizán.

The offer is valid subject to hotel capacity and applies exclusively to stays on 21 and/or 22 October 2026.

After successful registration, participants will receive a special promo code to be used when booking via the Hotel Partizán reservation system. 

In-person participation – shuttle transport

After the official programme on the first day of the conference, shuttle transport will be provided to selected more distant accommodation facilities.
